Simius Holdings, LLC (“Simius”) is a real estate investment principal and manager. Since its launch in 2014, Simius has acquired approximately 500,000 square feet of retail, office and mixed-use space in the United States, with an emphasis on the midwestern, southern and northeastern regions. Simius focuses on finding select value-add opportunities as well as stabilized, in-place cash flowing assets with potential upside through proactive management and accretive leasing. With a focus on locations with excellent demographics and population growth, Simius helps ensure opportunities for value enhancement over the investment term.
Brian Rand
Principal
Brian Rand has extensive experience and knowledge in commercial real estate. In his career, Brian has identified, arranged financing, acquired and managed over $320 million worth of real estate consisting of approximately 2.0 million square feet of office, multi-family, retail and mixed-use space.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and an MBA from The George Washington University Graduate School of Business.
